1. Penglipuran village
Penglipuran village has been named one of the cleanest villages in the world. According to the surrounding community, the word penglipuran is taken from the word Pengeling Pura which has the meaning of a holy place which is intended to commemorate the ancestors. Of all the Bali waterfalls, Tukad Cepung Waterfall was the most unique and magical one we visited. It’s becoming a hotspot amongst tourists, as well a very popular Instagram location.The walk to get down to Tukad Cepung Waterfall was straightforward and easy enough. Although, unlike most Bali waterfalls, this one you had to wade through a knee-high river and over a few rocks to get there. Besakih temple is the biggest Hindu temple in Bali which the local people call Pura Besakih. Besakih Temple is located in Besakih countryside, Rendang sub district, Karangasem regency, east part of the island. It is located in southwest side bevel of mount Agung, the biggest mounts in Bali. 5. Kertha Gosa
The Kertha Gosa Pavilion is an example of Balinese architecture located on the island of Bali, in city Klungkung, Indonesia. The Kertha Gosa Pavilion at Klungkung Palace was built in the early 18th century by Dewa Agung Gusti Sideman. Kertha Gosa means – “the place where the king meets with his ministries to discuss questions of justice”. The first function of the pavilion was for the court of law in 1945.[citation needed] Kertha Gosa was repainted in the 1920s and again in the 1960s. The Pavilion has a section of the Hindu epic Mahabharata, called Bhima Swarga, depicted around the ceiling.
