- You can order our services by filling out the Booking form that is already available in each products. And click the submit button to send it, and wait for confirmation from our customers service.
- Or reservation can be made via WhatsApp, line, telegram and email by clicking the social application button that has been provided.

Reservation will be considered valid if you have received confirmation from our customer service

Do I need pay a down-payment ?
- No, it doesn’t, That’s the convenience of the services we offer, you don’t need to pay an advance, and if a cancellation occurs you won’t lose your money
Is any of cancellation fee ?
- No, it doesn’t, we won’t charge a cancellation fee, you can cancel or change your reservation date whenever you want free of charge. But the provision of the cancellation do one day or least 3 hours in advance.
- However if the cancellation made when our driver is already arrived and standby at your accommodation, will be charged IDR 100.000/7 USD as petrol cost
How I can do payments ?
- ( Cash payment ) Pay in cash to the Driver at the end when you have finished usage our service.
- ( Pay via PayPal or credit card ) Our customer support will send you link of the payment invoice to complete
Hotel pick up information :
- Please be at the lobby of your hotel 10 munites before the schedule of pick up time has been decided
- The driver will looking for you at the lobby hotel with sign board/The paper that has written your name on it
- Or if avalable, the driver will chat/contact you via whatsapp to make appoitment to meet at lobby hotel
